Loved this spot! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the lovely ambiance of watching the chefs and the buzz of the tables around us. We showed up at 5:15 for the reservation we made on OpenTable so we caught the happy hour menu and everything was delicious and great value — definitely recommend the sushi sets.

Finger licking good sushi! Authentic tastes and flavours and so many options, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Excellent place for sushi lovers. You'll want to have a prior reservation to avoid wait times. The service is prompt and cordial. Must visit.

Really loud restaurant at the time we went around 8pm, but the sushi was good— Not a traditional quiet Japanese restaurant. If your looking forward to that THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I don't recommend for large groups over 4 people, unless you make a reservation in advance. The noise was almost unbearable. I had to put noise cancelling earbuds on just to enjoy the meal. The Umi House Roll was really good. All their Specialty Rolls are great to share if you have a large group of friends. The restaurant's the atmosphere is not relaxed. Not as good as

Best sushi I’ve had in a while. Everything is so fresh + they have a « fresh catch » list if you want the freshest ocean to table fish! Happy hour menu gives TONS of great deal if you in early or late at night. On the pricier side, but for the quality I’ll happily pay!!

Wow wow wow. This place may have ruined any other sushi restaurant for me. Came here while visiting friends and from the first step in I was blown away. Phenomenal and friendly service - our waiter knew the menu very well and made some great recommendations throughout the night. The wait time between order and dishes arriving was so short especially for how packed to the gills (pun intended) the place was. The nigiri was perfect, the fish plump, fatty, and rich, the seabream basically melted in my mouth, and the rice was perfectly sticky with a hint of salt. The sushi rolls were also great and were just as amazing in presentation as they were in taste. The sake menu was impressive and the sake we ordered for the table was really good. Honestly, the best sushi I've had in the states and maybe one of the best restaurants I've been to.

I had a great experience at Umi Sake House, especially during their happy hour. The sushi specials were such a good deal—and honestly, some of the freshest I’ve had in a while. I tried the Demon Slayer roll, and it was amazing—just the right amount of spice and packed with flavor. Everything was really well made and came out quickly. The vibe of the place is relaxed but stylish, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s definitely a spot I’ll come back to whenever I’m craving good sushi and a solid happy hour.

They offer happy hour daily from 4–6 PM and again after 10 PM, which is a great deal! Just be prepared—it can get very busy, and your order might take longer than expected. At times, it even feels like it’s been forgotten, so patience is key. Reservations are advised for evenings and weekends.
